This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions in relation to this website and any other documents referred to in it, sets out the basis on which any personal data is collected from customers, visitors and users of the website, or that you provide to us, or will be processed by us. We value the relationship we have with you and we are committed to responsible information handling practices. We take your privacy very seriously and want you to feel comfortable whenever you visit the Site or provide us with your personal information.

Our payment manager, Worldpay are fully PCI DSS compliant and provide 3D security so your card details are safe. Worldpay also partake in fraud screening in order to protect you from fraudulent payments.

When you shop with us online for the first time we'll ask you for certain information (such as your email address, name, address and where you purchase a product, your payment details) to make sure that your order and delivery go smoothly. Any information you hand over reaches us fully encrypted through an SSL – a special security layer added to your account and checkout pages. You can see when you're on a secure page, because the address in your browser will begin with https instead of http. And your credit card details are processed in the UK.

You can register with Visa and Mastercard Securecode through your card issuing bank. It will bring up an extra security window after you check out that requires you to input digits from a pass code that you'll have set with your bank.

When you choose to pay with Paypal, your financial information isn't even shared with us – Paypal handle the entire thing.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to assist your purchase and to allow us to provide and suggest products that might interest you.

We collect information when you register or create an account, consent to us sending you an e-receipt, ask to sign up for our newsletters and marketing, during the course of email exchanges with us and as part of any customer support interactions. The information we collect includes name, email, date of birth, address and telephone number.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns

If you wish to return a product we must receive your email notification within 7 days. Our standard return fee is 5.50 GBP, 8 EUR, 7 USD, 25 AED. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Exchanges

We package our product with care. You have both the right and responsibility to inspect all items carefully on delivery. If the product appears damaged you are required to take photographs of the packaging and item (s) showing any visible damage when handed over to you by the driver at the time of delivery. You may refuse delivery and are required to alert us immediately prior to the driver’s departure so we can anticipate the return and send out a new item. Due to shipping and delivery company policies, all damage claims will be denied if the driver and ABC TO SHEIKH Z are not informed immediately if the product (s) purchased is (are) damaged, at the time of delivery. Important: Prior to signing you must inform the driver of any damage in order for any Damage Claim to be accepted. Failure to do so will not allow you to file a claim later. ABC TO SHEIKH Z reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged item at its sole discretion.

Please remember that all books may not be absolutely identical to each other and the pictures seen on our website; there may be slight variations in colour and print. We like to think that these are simply character traits and not imperfections. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we would love to hear from you so we can do our best to make this right. Please follow our Exchanges Policy.

Shipping

Our priority is fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep. Orders may take up to 48-hour to process. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
